Step 1: CAD & Shop Drawing Verification
We don't just cut blindly. Our engineers review your blueprints, identify potential weak points, and generate precise cut-lists for your approval before a single blade is turned.

Step 2: CNC Precision Cutting
Utilizing advanced bridge saws and waterjets to ensure ±1mm tolerances on complex edge profiles and cutouts.

Step 3: The "Dry-Lay" Test (Pre-Assembly)
For vein-matched materials and patterned pavers, we perform a complete floor dry-lay in our facility to verify continuous patterns and exact dimensions.

Step 4: Photographic QC Reports
Before packing, you receive a comprehensive digital report including photos of the dry-lay, thickness caliper measurements, and edge-detail close-ups. No container is sealed without your final sign-off.
