Are physical samples free?

Yes. Sample pieces and sample boxes are free of charge. Courier fees are paid by the customer and refunded in full with your first formal order.

What is the minimum order?

No MOQ on stock items — order by the box or by the pallet. Bulk and project volumes are quoted individually.

How fast can you ship?

Stock orders leave Foshan within 7 days. Made-to-order production is quoted per project — we confirm the schedule with every quote.

Can you work from our shop drawings?

Yes. Send DWG or PDF drawings and we return cutting plans and fixing details free of charge before you commit.

How do I get TDS, catalogs, and compliance documents?

Every material section on our Materials page offers instant catalog and TDS downloads after a short email form — no waiting for a sales rep.

What if pieces arrive damaged?

Every crate is photographed before loading. Pieces damaged in transit are replaced free on the next shipment.
